History

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs the playbook was a creator program feeding a paid ad engine, with losers killed early. Extracted sells supplements, a category I have not run. I would learn it alongside your team and keep every creator inside your claims sheet.

Why now

  • 20,000+

    Customers already on the page

The page shows 4.8/5.0 from 20,000+ Happy Customers. A first roster can start with people who already use the pouches.

    Published
  • 4.7/5

A rating creators can point to

The page also shows Rated 4.7/5. Creators film their own routine and leave the rating on the page where it belongs.

    Published
  • 60-day

A guarantee that shortens the ask

The 60 Day Guarantee covers unopened pouches returned within 60 days. A viewer's first order carries less risk, and creators can say so exactly as written.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect: $1 per 1,000 views

Every creator decision traces back to cost per 1,000 views. The simulator starts at $5.74 on cautious inputs, so the gap between the two is the work.

  2. One variable per test

Same Sleepee pouch, same claims-sheet line, only the hook changes. Losers killed early, winners go into the hook library.

  3. Seven videos a week beats one polished film

Seven videos per creator per week makes 303 videos a month at ten creators. Volume finds the hooks that a single big shoot never will.

  4. Brief in the workspace, claims checked first

Briefs live in #briefs. Every claim question goes to the brand lead before filming. No answer means do not say it.

Part 4 of 15, continued

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. PriyaMon 8:30 AM

Brief for this week: a Sleepee wind-down, two hook options in the doc, one variable per test. Use only lines from the claims sheet and film seven videos by Sunday.

  2. MayaTue 10:15 AM

Can I say Sleepee gets me to sleep faster? I want it in the opening line of the Calmee clip.

Not in your voice. Show the pouch, tell your routine, and read this sheet line instead: Backed by thousands of 5-star reviews.

  3. Report botAppMon 9:00 AM

Weekly report: videos posted, views, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, top hook, drafts waiting for review.

  4. PriyaWed 2:40 PM

Draft sent back: the line about sleeping through the night is a health outcome. Reshoot the hook with The Rest & Relax Bundle on the shelf and keep to routine.

Reshot, new version in #drafts tonight.

  5. Report botAppFri 4:05 PM

Tom's Creatine Monohydrate video passed 100,000 views. $50 flat bonus logged, one per creator per month. The hook moves to the library for the next test.

  6. PriyaThu 11:00 AM

Check: every live creator, confirm the claims sheet is open before you film and that your partnership label is on. Reply with a thumbs up in #claims.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Sleepee wind-down

    Brief 01

    Sleepee wind-down

“This is the whole of my night routine”

Handheld in the bedroom, phone on the nightstand, Sleepee and Flexee in frame. Say your routine, never a result.

  2. Strong & Supple on the counter

    Brief 02

Strong & Supple on the counter

“Two pouches, one counter, here is why”

Kitchen counter unboxing of The Strong & Supple Bundle. Pull out Flexee and Magnesium, read the pack, stop.

  3. Glow Getters morning

    Brief 03

    Glow Getters morning

“My morning starts with these two pouches”

Morning light, one take. Open The Glow Getters Bundle, show Multee and Reeplay, say what a normal day looks like.

  4. Mood & Mind evening line-up

    Brief 04

    Mood & Mind evening line-up

“Three pouches I line up every evening”

Overhead shot of The Mood & Mind Bundle on a table, one pouch at a time, a calm voiceover about routine only.

  5. Total Control bundle price check

    Brief 05

    Total Control bundle price check

“What does a bundle cost against single pouches”

Screen recording of the shop beside The Total Control Bundle. Read the prices on the page aloud, add nothing.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Backed by thousands of 5-star reviews”, “Save 25% on every order”, “Clean & Pure - 100% plant-based, with no fishy aftertaste or contaminants.”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Customers who already buy

The page shows 4.8/5.0 from 20,000+ Happy Customers. Ask buyers of Sleepee and Multee for a first test video before looking outside.

  • Training and recovery communities

Lifters and runners already film their gym bag. Creatine Monohydrate and Hydree fit their routine without a medical claim.

  • Sleep and evening routine creators

Wind-down content is a natural home for Sleepee, Calmee and Magnesium Complex, and for The Rest & Relax Bundle.

  • Affiliate or ambassador page

I did not find an affiliate or ambassador page on the site. The roster would start from scratch, with its own brief and claims sheet.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Reads the claims sheet

Can repeat which lines are allowed and which are not before the first brief goes out.

  2. 2Passes a trial video

One unpaid-bonus trial video with the claims sheet and a clear hook before a band is set.

  3. 3Uses the product for real

Shows a routine with the pouch in it, not a script read over a stock shot.

  4. 4Audience fits the pouch

Followers who train, sleep badly on a busy week or build morning routines, not a general crowd.

  5. 5No medical authority

Does not present themselves as a clinician and does not give medical advice in videos.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Strength-training regular

Films the gym bag and a daily scoop. Talks about routine and price, never about a result.

    Likely product: Creatine Monohydrate

  • Tired shift worker

Shows an honest wind-down after a late shift. Reads the brand line, makes no promise.

    Likely product: Sleepee

  • Early-morning trainer

Mixes it in the bottle after a run and talks routine, not outcomes.

    Likely product: Hydree

  • Morning-routine creator

Films the counter at breakfast with one pouch among the rest of the habits.

    Likely product: Multee

  • Desk worker

Shows a standing break and the pouch beside the laptop, in plain language.

    Likely product: Flexee

  • Evening wind-down creator

Cooks, reads, winds down. The pouch is part of the scene, not the subject.

    Likely product: Magnesium Complex

Left off, every time

Always out: clinicians or anyone claiming medical authority, creators under eighteen, anyone who wants to promise a result, and anyone who will not use the claims sheet. Category rule: only Extracted's own wording, attributed to Extracted.

Claims

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Backed by thousands of 5-star reviews”

Opening line or end card of any format

  • “4.8/5.0 from 20,000+ Happy Customers”

Voiceover when the rating is on screen

  • “Save 25% on every order”

Bundle and subscription clips, after the lead confirms the offer

  • “Clean & Pure - 100% plant-based, with no fishy aftertaste or contaminants.”

    Vegan DHA Omega 3 close-ups

  • “We offer a 60-day returns and refund policy.”

End card, with the unopened pouches condition

  • “It’s 100% pure, free from fillers and binders, premium grade, expertly crafted and micronised to ensure rapid absorption by the body.”

Creatine Monohydrate unboxing, read from the pack

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Never say Utee replaces a visit to your GP

A medical promise the brand does not make.

  • Never say Sleepee guarantees a full night of sleep

A health outcome, and the brand's own wording carries no such guarantee.

  • Never say Flowee fixes bladder problems

A health outcome; creators describe a routine only.

  • Never say Extracted is better than another brand

A comparison the site does not support.

  • Never say you can stop your medication

Medical advice, outside any creator's role.

  • Never say a study proves Sleepee works

A study figure the creator cannot source.

  • Never say the 60-day guarantee has no conditions

The page carries an asterisk and covers unopened pouches.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • Spend over £30 for FREE shipping!

The site shows more than one shipping rule; confirm the current one.

  • Six pouches = free shipping

A second shipping rule; confirm which one is live before filming.

  • Free Multivitamin, Water Bottle & Express Shipping With Orders Over £60

A promotion threshold that can change; confirm before any video quotes it.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For new creators on a first trial: a fee, a cap and room to prove the hook.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators whose Sleepee or Multee videos already land: a larger fee, a higher cap.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For proven creators with a steady weekly cadence: the top fee, the top cap, same claims sheet.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: $50 flat for the first video past 100,000 views.
  • Per video: the 100,000 views must sit on a single video, not on a sum of clips.
  • Organic views only: a paid boost of the video does not count toward the bonus.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, however far it travels.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

At ten creators the simulator gives 1.8M views a month for $10,050: $5.74 per 1,000 views against $1.00. It closes if 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Exit to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Pick the organic winner

A video that passes 100,000 views with a clean claims sheet is the only one that moves on.

  2. Get usage rights

Written permission from the creator before any boost. No permission, no paid test.

  3. Boost as a test

Same video, one audience variable, one budget cap. The result goes back to the hook library.

  4. Scale or cut

Winners join the paid ad engine alongside the other experiments. Losers killed early.

From the video to the checkout

  • Bundle videos land on the bundle's own page, such as The Dream Team Bundle.
  • A build-your-own hook sends viewers to Build a Bundle.
  • Shipping-offer clips run only after the current rule is confirmed on the site.
  • End cards say Check out, the same words the cart uses.
  • Sleepee clips go to the Sleepee page, never to a general home page.

Part 15 of 15

Category

Supplement rules for Extracted creators

Supplements are a category where one careless line can sink a video and the account behind it. These six rules apply before the first brief.

  • Brand wording only

Say what Extracted says on its pages, attributed to Extracted. In your own voice, describe your routine and never a result.

  • No medical outcomes

No promise about UTIs, the bladder, sleep or any condition. If a viewer asks, point to the product page and to their GP.

  • No comparisons

Do not compare Extracted with another brand, and do not rank pouches against each other as medical choices.

  • Label the partnership

Every post carries a clear paid-partnership label and the platform's own tool. No hidden ads, no staged organic.

  • Offers need a check

Quote shipping and discount offers only after the lead confirms the current terms; the site shows more than one shipping rule.

  • Guarantee as written

The 60-day guarantee carries an asterisk and covers unopened pouches. Say it that way or leave it out of the video.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
